Description: Song: Hate Me Artist: Blue October Plot: The vid starts right after Casey has rejected Derek. He's resentful of it, but still can't get her off his mind. Casey decides she wants to be with him [not shown], until she discovers Derek's drug problem. She tells him they can't be together, hoping he'll clean up. He does, but before they can get together Derek gets busted at school. He tells her he's being sent away to military school and secretly thinks its best for Casey that way. When he leaves all he can think about is Casey getting over him, but she really just misses him. He writes her a letter telling her to move on. As he thinks about her, he decides she deserves better and when she calls he tells her they can never be together. They both try to move on, but can't stop thinking about each other. In the end, Derek secretly comes home and surprises Casey. Notes: Black and white are memories. Anytime Derek is shown after he's gone he's at military school.
