tactfulcactus ::: Favorites The legal drinking age in my state and I believe most states is 18. Same goes for getting your probationary license (ie being able to drive alone, albeit with certain restrictions ie 0.0 blood alcohol reading.) Doesn't mean people younger than 18 don't drink though.
