pr0t0nbully ::: Favorites 2008-01-07 14:15:53 you seem to use snow chains on both axles. The owner's manual expressly prohibits this and advises to only use them on the front axle. Have you encountered any problems because of this? thanks for your advice! __________________________________________________
mihai08 ::: Favorites 2008-01-02 17:00:44 At this point I am waiting on a good friend to send me ARB parts from Australia. This car rocks and the modified skid plates work wonders. __________________________________________________
mihai08 ::: Favorites 2008-01-02 16:56:56 I live in Calgary, AB. I had a 99` Disco II for 8 years. Love of my life! Sold it for 15K in August of this year. with the 15K I bought a 07 LR3 HSE that was involved in front crach and was deamed as totaled. I brought from Europe a V8 Diesel with manual gear box ... matthl72 ::: Favorites 2007-11-20 21:27:03 britishbomber , I have owned 3 disco's and they were all reliable as they could be. My Comment was about my new LR3 HSE I purchased in 05. i.e. when it rained heavily there was no sound deading material in the roofline, sounded like rain hitting a tin roof, gas filler door was even plastic, for a $60K vehicle I found the materials just palin cheap,Also the interior door panels could be pushed in very easily due to no enforcemnts in the door panels. __________________________________________________
britishbomber ::: Favorites 2007-11-20 20:44:58 all English cars are unrealible don't blame Ford __________________________________________________
matthl72 ::: Favorites 2007-11-10 21:09:31 The new LR3 is the most problematic vehicle hands downs. I've owned an '01,'03 and an '04 Disco and they were among the best land rovers I ever owned I beleive it was due to the fact that they were from the Solihull plant in England. When I bought an '05 LR3 I traded it back in because of therrible quality materials inside and out, thanks Ford for runing a good thing. __________________________________________________
kkkastig ::: Favorites 2007-11-04 15:14:52 what was that on its wheel?? __________________________________________________
